Trường Cao Đẳng quốc Tế Raffles là 1 trường mang cái tên rất mới tại Việt Nam , hầu như ngay cả hơn 90% sinh viên trong làng đại học Quốc Gia TP.HCM và ĐH Quốc Gia HN cũng chưa từng nghe qua trường này vì chỉ vào Việt Nam những năm gần đây khỏang 5 năm nên cái tên còn rất mới so với các Sinh viên ở địa phương,hầu như chỉ có Sinh viên trong làng đại học Quốc Tế mới biết đến trường Raffles.
Những giới thiệu về trường:
Trường Cao đẳng Quốc tế Raffles tại Tp Hồ Chí Minh là một phân nhánh chính thức của Raffles Education Corperation, Singapore (tiền thân là Học viện Raffles LaSale) được thành lập tại Singapore vào năm 1990 là một trong trường hàng đầu đang giảng dạy về các ngành thiết kế và kinh doanh với hơn 25,000 sinh viên đã và đang học tại 30 trường ở 11 quốc gia.
Trường Cao đẳng Quốc tế Raffles TP. Hồ Chí Minh là trường 100% vốn đấu tư nước ngoài cung cấp những chương trình đào tạo chất lượng cao hoàn toàn bằng tiếng Anh với bằng cấp được Singapore và Úc cấp được công nhận trên toàn thế giới.

Trường Cao đẳng Quốc tế Raffles nằm ngay tại trung tâm TP. HCM với trang thiết bị đầy đủ và hiện đại tạo điều kiện cho học viên học và hành ngay tại trường dưới sự hỗ trợ thường trực của các giảng viên quốc tế.
Giảng viên:
Đội ngũ giảng viên quốc tế rất tận tâm và giàu kinh nghiệm đến từ nhiều quốc gia như Mỹ, Anh, Úc, Canada, Pháp, Nhật Bản, Italy, Singapore, Hungary, Brazil, Philipin, Costa Rica, v.v. được Ban cố vấn học thuật tại Singapore tuyển chọn gắt gao trước khi mời đến giảng dạy tại trường Cao đẳng Quốc tế Raffles TP. HCM.
Trường Raffles vừa chuyển qua 1 cơ sở mới rộng hơn và tiện nghi hơn ở địa chỉ 117 Nguyễn Văn Trỗi Quận Phú Nhuận từ cơ sở 149C Trương Định(Nay cơ sở cũ là trường đào tạo MBA Melior cái tên này cũng rất mới trong làng quốc tế)

Ngày trước khi vào học trường sẽ phát cho bạn 1 cuốn Rules và chúng ta buộc phải đọc để biết luật , 1 điều tất yếu trong các trường quốc tế , nếu sai phạm sẽ bị phạt rất nặng Cuốn rules(Hand Book)

Cái này là nội qui vắng mặt và thư cảnh cáo 75% trong rules là fail nhưng thực tế là below 90% xem như fail.Nếu bạn nghỉ có lý do chính đáng như bệnh thì thì phải có giấy chứng nhận của bác sĩ và mộc ở bệnh viện đấy vào ngày bạn nghỉ thì phải xin giấy nghỉ sau khi học lại , đem Medical certification cho giáo viên bộ môn ngày ấy và trưởng bộ môn have a signature sau đó mới gọi là có phéo và ko bị trừ % by attendance.

Việc dời môn học lại nếu như cảm tấhy khó quá và ko đủ thời gian và kèm theo các khỏan phí, lưu ý chỉ đc defer trong vòng 2 tuần trở lại khi khóa mới bắt đầu, qua ngày thứ 14 thì xem như ko đc defer

Điều kiện Anh văn: tương đương RMIT nhưng ở đây được học 1 lượt với môn chuyên ngành luôn lớp 1 mới vô trường vẫn dạy Level 1 nhưng học chuyên ngàh nổi hay ko là chuyện của bạn(thầy giảng bài hiểu hay ko) nếu học ko hiểu thì defer.Nếu ko defer thì nghe ko hiểu , ko biết làm rớt ráng chịu

Đặc biệt là với các môn học thì môn chuyên ngành chúng ta chỉ được phép nghỉ 4h ko phép trong 3 tháng(tính theo từng khóa) , nếu hơn 4h thì trường sẽ gửi giấy bai Failed by attendance về cho các bạn.Dân Raff rất sợ cái tờ này và từ hay gọi nó là FBA.COn đối với môn Anh văn thì chỉ đc nghỉ 10 tiếng trong 3 tháng , ko thì cũg tương tự , phí đóng tiền học lại cho AV là 600 USD cho 3 tháng còn môn chuyên ngành thì là 15 USD cho 1 giờ học lại rùi tính tổng 3 tháng nhân lên ,1 tuần khỏang 4h Nếu nghỉ 1 ngày thì sẽ có first warning letter như vầy,phóng to đọc kỹ nha các bác

Cuối cùng là việc Vacations, trường chỉ cho nghỉ 1 tuần sau cuối mỗi 3 tháng , và tòan bộ ko có nghỉ hè, nghỉ tết tất cả đều chỉ 1 tuần.

Việc dời môn học lại nếu như cảm tấhy khó quá và ko đủ thời gian và kèm theo các khỏan phí, lưu ý chỉ đc defer trong vòng 2 tuần trở lại khi khóa mới bắt đầu, qua ngày thứ 14 thì xem như ko đc defer

Điều kiện Anh văn: tương đương RMIT nhưng ở đây được học 1 lượt với môn chuyên ngành luôn lớp 1 mới vô trường vẫn dạy Level 1 nhưng học chuyên ngàh nổi hay ko là chuyện của bạn(thầy giảng bài hiểu hay ko) nếu học ko hiểu thì defer.Nếu ko defer thì nghe ko hiểu , ko biết làm rớt ráng chịu

Đặc biệt là với các môn học thì môn chuyên ngành chúng ta chỉ được phép nghỉ 4h ko phép trong 3 tháng(tính theo từng khóa) , nếu hơn 4h thì trường sẽ gửi giấy bai Failed by attendance về cho các bạn.Dân Raff rất sợ cái tờ này và từ hay gọi nó là FBA.COn đối với môn Anh văn thì chỉ đc nghỉ 10 tiếng trong 3 tháng , ko thì cũg tương tự , phí đóng tiền học lại cho AV là 600 USD cho 3 tháng còn môn chuyên ngành thì là 15 USD cho 1 giờ học lại rùi tính tổng 3 tháng nhân lên ,1 tuần khỏang 4h Nếu nghỉ 1 ngày thì sẽ có first warning letter như vầy,phóng to đọc kỹ nha các bác

Cuối cùng là việc Vacations, trường chỉ cho nghỉ 1 tuần sau cuối mỗi 3 tháng , và tòan bộ ko có nghỉ hè, nghỉ tết tất cả đều chỉ 1 tuần.
